Led complete digital transformation of Community Care Network of Kansas, mastering a complex membership CMS platform while managing stakeholder groups across the entire state. I hand-coded HTML and CSS to create both public content and member portal functionality, essentially building an internal Facebook for healthcare administrators. Beyond the website, I designed a custom conference mobile app, presented to medical executives, and captured hundreds of event photos while training their team on the new platforms.
Led the complete digital transformation of Community Care Network of Kansas, including building a comprehensive website on a specialized membership CMS platform and developing a custom mobile app for their annual statewide conference. This project required mastering an entirely new, complex CMS while managing multiple stakeholder groups across Kansas.
The website migration from WordPress to YourMembership involved hand-coding HTML and CSS to create both public-facing content and member-only portal functionality. I architected the entire site structure, developed all content, and integrated complex backend systems for dues collection, continuing education tracking, and member communication—essentially creating an internal Facebook for healthcare administrators.
Beyond the website, I designed and launched a custom mobile app for their annual conference, complete with App Store assets, data management, and real-time updates. During the conference, I presented to medical executives explaining the new digital ecosystem. I also provided comprehensive event photography, capturing hundreds of images for ongoing marketing use while training their team on the new platforms.
